I run product at Nodeflux, an AI company in Jakarta. Three engineering teams report to me — 15+ engineers across analytics, platform and AI/ML — and the contracts they are delivering against are worth 100B+ IDR. I am the product owner and, often enough, the tech lead: I set the architecture, write code, put AI in front of real customers, and set the price we sell at. In the same week I will write a proposal, argue about a domain model, and push commits to the thing being argued about.
Product Manager
Roadmap, scope, pricing. Deciding what gets built and, harder, what does not. Four years of it across a computer-vision engine, an LLM portfolio, an AI platform and a dashboard product line.
Forward-deployed engineer
In the code and in the customer's office. I ship production code, and the systems on the projects page are mine end to end, not managed from a distance.
Solutions
Turning “we need something like this” into a design, a price, and a plan that still holds once the dates are real. Owning that path is how proposal-to-approval went from a month to a week.

Go-to-market, contracts, partnerships, and the number the work has to hit. 100B+ IDR in active contracts, and a platform launch that returned $235K in its first six months.
